five-ingredient lettuce wraps


The term "lettuce wrap" has always turned me off because honestly, I always opt for bread. 

But when you've got a whole bunch of romaine and leftovers that need to be eaten, you make do. And boy am I glad I did because these were one of my favorite thrown together meals.



  1. cut raw chicken into dices and cook on stovetop with a little avocado or olive oil and preferred spices
  2. steam cauliflower
  3. rinse lettuce and tear into big enough pieces to hold the ingredients (taco shell size-ish)
  4. once the chicken and cauliflower are finished, add in all ingredients to lettuce pieces 
  5. wrap it up then eat your heart out!
